GENERAL• I do NOT draw content that is offensive, discriminatory and/or involves minors in the nude or in similar situations.• I do not accept nude references from real people.PAYMENTS AND EXTRA COSTS• I will not start a commission until full payment has been made.• Changes related to anatomy or design errors will be made free of charge. However, in the case of requiring more significant changes to aspects that have already been approved, such as: costume change or pose angle, an additional cost will apply.• Additional costs, such as those related to characters, mascots, objects or backgrounds, are subject to change at my discretion. However, any changes will be notified and agreed with the user prior to processing any payment.REVIEWS• Once payment is made, I will provide you with previews of each stage of the drawing process, which will include the sketch, lineart and base color. These previews will allow you to request any necessary changes to the drawing.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY• Delivery time varies depending on the order, but on average I deliver 2 to 20 business days.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS• I reserve the right to use the piece for portfolio and social media purposes unless otherwise requested.• If re-uploading on social media, use the watermarked version of the commission or put credit in the description.• Do not trace, steal, or claim my work as your own.• Do not use my work in AI.REFUNDS• For cancellation by the client:

In the event that I do not see myself in a position to finish with the work and we cannot come to a new agreement, I will have to make a full price refund.COMMUNICATION• As the artist, I am committed to maintaining open communication with my client, providing regular updates on the progress of their commission. In case of delay, I will explain the reasons behind the delay.
